Did you know…. Skin cell rejuvenation slows down as we age?

As children, our new cells would be visible every 14 days, in our 30s it's every 28-35 days. Meaning, they don’t recover as quickly from inflammation. Proteins such as collagen and elastin break down much faster and less is made. As well as this, our natural skin plumping sugar known as hyaluronic acid starts to decrease!

You might also notice some forehead wrinkles, crow's feet, and the bags/ darkness under your eyes are more prominent.

My Top Tip... A Night-Time Routine is Essential!
